how can I start a career in Las Vegas in a casino ?

I have a bachelors degree in business. For the past 13 years I have been working in restaurant management. I would like to move to las vegas nevada and get into casino field. Any advice on how I can make the transistion?

1. I'd start looking at the websites for the hotels/casino's there an sending in your resume. It's a great place to work, and it sounds like you have a good background. I don't know how far you live from Vegas so I don't know if visiting in person is feasible for you, so you may want to research it online to find out which casino/hotel location fits your personality best. 2. Search monster.com and other national sites. See if you can find something or on your next visit, sign up with some agencies.
