I have a question about moving to las vegas ?

Im planning on moving to las vegas on a shoe string budget. I dont have a job from southern cali. I dont know if moving to las vegas is a good idea. Can someone who has been living there for many years shed some light on it. I want to drive a taxi when I get there.

1. Well, Vegas is like a total dead market right now. Real estate is really bad-nobody's buying! And seller's can't sells their house! But I can tell you the average price for an apt is about 800+, while a house is like 1500+. You should find a job BEFORE you move out here. Then take bartending classes, or whatever- 'cause those guys make bank. So does valet. Good luck dude.
2. CAB DRIVERS MAKE GOOD MONEY....take some classes on being a card dealer, they have good jobs...great tips on the weekends, when the rollers come in town..the market sucks every where.
