Where is a good place for a Vegas wedding reception?
I'm getting married in Vegas this July. We are having roughly 20 people fly in and join us for the ceremony. We would like to have a small reception or a place to have private dinning following the wedding. I would like to spend 500-1000. We are a lively crowd and love live music. The ideal setting would be live music, great food, and a few drinks. It doesnt have to be privte as much as just a room designated for us within the restaurant. ANY IDEAS?

- this is just an idea, cause i dont know what costs what out there, but if i were getting married in vegas i would see if i could do it at the mirage's sigfried & roy's secret garden. they have like 10 big cats, and its all jungle looking, and there are dolphins. its my favorite place in vegas, so thats just me. last time i was there someone was getting married at the MGM. i dont know where it was, but i remember seeing the bride and groom going thru the casino after the ceremony. congrats!!! i got engaged in vegas this past august. i love it out there.
- Check out Vegas.com they have a lot of ideas on the site. I live here & got married here & the site was very helpful.
- I got married in Vegas 2 years ago. I had a dinner for 40 people with an open bar for 2 hours at Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville. It was a blast! Not sure of the cost, my parents paid, but i think it was around $1000
