Stores in Vegas

Are there any hotels in vegas that offer weekly or monthly rates?

I'm looking to stay in Vegas 2-4 weeks during my next trip; was wondering if there are any hotels that: a) allow guests to stay over 2 weeks. b) offer discounts for extended stays, or offer set weekly/monthly rates.

  1. There are 4 Budget Suites hotels in Las Vegas http://www.budgetsuites.com They have weekly & or monthly rates. ~Jack~
  2. A. All hotels will allow you to stay as long as you want, assuming rooms are available. B. Not ussualy in nicer hotels. But if you are staying LONG periods of time, like over a month, you should always call and speak with guest services or someone like that. They might be able to work out a rate. In the cheap dingy off strip motels, ussualy weekly/monthly rates are offered. But these hotels are very trashy.
  3. I know that the hotels will let you stay as long as you want because they are making money no matter what, and that is guaranteed money. I'm not sure if they will cut you a discount though, because really, they can getted completely booked on weekends for higher rates, so they could make more money off of someone else paying full price for those nights. But then again, they don't fill up on the weeknights, so you might be able to get a good break because of that. I would definitely call and speak to guest services at whatever hotel you want to stay at. Another option is staying in one of the many privately-owned condos and timeshares in Vegas. Some of them are on the strip and some of them are near the strip. Here are some options, but I'm not sure what your budget is. http://www.vrbo.com/181258 This one is a 2 bed 2 bath condo on the south strip located between Mandalay Bay and the airport (5 minutes from each). It offers a swimming pool, balcony, kitchen, fitness center, steam room, and tennis all for $800/week. http://www.vrbo.com/143105 This is a 4 bedroom house located 1 mile from the strip, and has easy access to the bus stop if you don't have a car. It has its own private pool, cable tv, and wireless internet all for $800/week or $3000/month. http://www.vrbo.com/180437 This is a vintage 1950's house located 1 mile from the strip. "Red Boomerang Formica in the kitchen! Retro design with everything you need to have a winning stay in Vegas! Furnished with Mid Century Modern furniture and Vegas and Disneyland artwork throughout!" It is close to major bus lines to get to the strip. It is only $550/week or $1800/month. http://www.vrbo.com/94467 2 bed 2 bath condo (not sure of location) minutes to strip and airport, gated security, pools, hot tub, workout area. $600/week or $1750/month. Anyway, there are many more at this link http://www.vrbo.com/vacation-rentals/usa/nevada/las-vegas Many affordable weekly and monthly rates at this link also- just sort from low to high on the prices. http://www.homeaway.com/search/keywords:las+vegas
